I personally liked Milan. It’s a beautiful city. But 2-3 days are enough you can see every most important things. It’s very nice for weekend.

What can you see or do in Milan?

Naviglio Grande

Little street next to the river, it’s very nice to walk around. There are also many restaurants with very nice terraces. It was actually winter so we couldn’t enjoy it, but in the summer it should be amazing.

Castello de Sforzesco

It’s a huge castle with a park (Parco Sempione) behind it.

Galleria Vittorio Emanuele ll

Those galleries, with big expensive brand stores, are located next to the dome. The place is beautiful. We were there just after Christmas, so there was still a huge and magnificent Swarowski Christmas tree.

Duomo Milano

Of course, in Milan, you can’t skip the dome. It’s the “must see” in Milan. You also have the possibility to visit it.

Museo del 900

For those who like arts, there is a free museum which is located right next to the dome.

Via Monte Napoleone et Via della Spiga

Those two streets are alike with “Beverly Hills” with luxurious brand stores. It’s nice to walk around there.

What about the shopping ?

La Rinascente : is a big shopping center (luxurious) next to the dome. There is still a floor with stuff less expensive.

Excelsior : is another luxurious shopping center.

Corso Vittorio Emanuele II : it’s the long street behind the dome.

Piazza Gae Aulenti : it’s a place where you can find many shops.
